• Buyer is fully responsible for part fitment.
• Check with a dealer to make sure the part fits your car using part number and VIN

SHIPPING

• We strive to provide fast and save shipping of your purchase
• Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.
• Local delivery and local pickup options are also available.
• Orders placed and paid for by 11am EST/EDT on a business day will be shipped the same day; all else will ship the following business day.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

• Standard 30-day warranty on all parts
• Engines and transmissions: 60 days warranty.
• Buyer pays for shipping both ways if item returned for any reason except defective part;
• Shipping costs paid by Legend Auto will not be refunded
• All parts are tested after removal from the vehicle. Reasons for return are non-functional items or items that differ substantially from the description only.
• Before making your purchase, YOU MUST verify fitment. Please do your research before buying, as we do NOT guarantee fitment or provide installation instructions.
• We sell used auto parts; light cosmetic damage such as scuffs, scratches, or other imperfections are possible. Damage items will be noted as such in the item description please review before purchase.
• All engines and transmissions are warranted to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.
• Engines must have new front and rear main seals, oil, and filter installed; in the event a warranty claim is made, the customer MUST provide dealer verification upon request.
• No labor warranty
• This warranty does not cover attached items or accessories, such as water pumps, fuel pumps, carburetors, distributors, computers, etc.
• Warranty is VOID if heat tabs are melted or removed.
• All our parts have marks/hologram security stickers, stamps; please make sure that returns arrive to us in the same condition in which you received it. Returns will be VOID if marks or security labels are removed.

All parts sold by Legend Auto Corp bear a permanent identification mark and we
will not accept a return for part that has the mark missing or altered in any way. 
Parts must not be installed, modified or disassembled in any way otherwise we
will not accept the return.
